Works to reduce stigma and prevent substance use disorder among individuals, families, and communities, and minimize the overall health, legal and social harms associated with substance use.
Mobile Outreach Truck Provides:
- Peer Support – Peer Recovery Support Specialists on the truck every week
- Treatment Navigation and Transportation – Assistance in identifying what treatment and recovery options are available and transportation to a facility by a trained advocate or linkage to a transportation service when applicable
- Printed Resources
- Fruit & Snacks (When available)
- Personal Care Items (When available)
- Safe Use Supplies – These include safe injection, smoking and snorting kits and education on how to use safer, as well as training and distribution of naloxone.

Services Provided:
- Health Care: Medical professionals for treatment of injuries, infections, skin conditions, all things medical, and mental health services
- Case Workers: Assistance with housing, shelter and practical advice
- Harm Reduction: Harm reduction kits including clean syringes and Narcan and drug and alcohol detox referrals
- Youth Housing: Shelter for young people ages 14 to 24
