A digital card gives you the same full library access as a physical card. To apply:
- Complete the form below to register yourself or a child/minor under 18 for a digital card.
- Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your card number and a link to set your PIN.
- You can find and use your library card barcode by logging into the SWAN Libraries + app, with your Library card number and PIN.
It is not necessary to get a physical card, but staff at the Library can make you a physical card if you stop by with your ID.
By registering for a card, you agree to all the terms and conditions: I understand I am responsible for this card and all materials checked out on this card until this card is reported lost or missing. I am further responsible for any charges that may result from late return, loss, or damage of materials borrowed.
If you live in Forest Park, but the digital card system isn’t able to verify your Forest Park residency please visit the library with your proof of residency and we can get you a card in person.
