Forest Park Public Library Cardholders can order from a selection of customizable assistive tools to help with daily living. These will be yours to keep and free of charge! Order through our form, by phone at 708-689-6125, or in person at the Information Desk. If you want to determine which tools are the best fit for you, ask at the front desk to see examples.
Construction time will vary depending on several factors. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up. Color of tools may vary.
