On Monday, April 8, a solar eclipse will cross North America, passing over Mexico, the United States, and Canada. A partial eclipse will be able to be seen from Forest Park from beginning at 12:51 pm and ending at 3:22 pm. The eclipse will be visible for millions of people in the Western Hemisphere.

The Library has run out of eclipse glasses and viewers. You can purchase glasses or viewers at Triton College’s Cernan Earth & Space Center.
