Things to Know About Your Kids Card
- Parents/guardians are responsible for materials checked out using their children’s cards.
- FPPL is fine free. This means you will not be charged fines once an item is returned.
- FPPL Cards are eligible to use at most surrounding libraries like Oak Park Public Library, Berwyn Public Library, and Chicago Public Library. Here are the 100+ libraries that your child has access to with their card.
- If we don’t have an item available, we can order it for you from another library.
- You can check out as many items as you like. Many items have up to two automatic renewals.
- You may place a hold on an item by phone or online. You will be notified when your request is available. Holds can be picked up on the self service holds shelf on the main level.

Museum Passes
The Museum Adventure Pass program provides special offers and discounts to unique cultural destinations throughout the Chicago area, including Brookfield Zoo, Chicago Botanic Garden, Bronzeville Children’s Museum, and many more! Visit fppl.org/museumpass.

Computers and printing are available in the Youth Services department.
