The Forest Park Public Library is working with AMITA Health on a grant application to fund a full time social worker for the library. This would be an incredible opportunity for the library and the community of Forest Park. But we need your help! As part of the grant application, we need to hold two community focus groups about issues facing Forest Park that might be impacted by the addition of a Social Worker on our FPPL team.

Each session will last 2 hours or less. Participants must be 18 years old or older, live in Forest Park or have a role in a local organization, and have an interest in the community. The library will provide food and drinks during the session.
