Why we love our community (Let us count the ways!)

On Sunday, February 12, we will celebrate Love Your Library Day at Forest Park Library, but really for us this is a celebration of you: our readers, our guests, our friends and neighbors in the Forest Park community, everyone who helps us make our programs and services possible. Some of the Youth Services programs and collections we have been most proud of have sprung out of great ideas and feedback from our public including (but not limited to):

• Our lapsit storytime program for babies
• Teen Territory, our social space for teens
• Our teen DVD collection
• Open video gaming programs
• Our homeschooling collection
• Tween Inner Circle, our tween advisory board
• Our upcoming sensory storytime for children special needs
